The park is divided into 4 zones: children's, youth entertainment, sports, and quiet leisure.
Renovation includes: a universal sports ground with fixed fitness equipment, a multifunctional stage for concerts and workshops, a modular food court with a seating area, a therapeutic walking path with aromatic herbs ("Aromatherapy Alley"), a chess club and “Chess Garden,” a dog walking area, solar panels, CCTV, Wi-Fi zones, and phone charging stations.
Development of design and estimate documentation (DED) at the Working Project stage. Positive expert review obtained. Author supervision conducted during construction.
