The sports complex consists of an ice arena with 12,000 seats, a training rink, a fitness and wellness center, and a swimming pool.
Complete Working Project developed as the General Designer. Positive conclusion received from the State Expertise and the International Olympic Committee regarding compliance with Olympic standards. Author supervision was conducted during construction.
