The police department consists of the following blocks:
Administrative and service block including reception halls, offices, a 135-seat meeting hall, a 50-seat dining hall, evidence room, ballistics lab, and protective equipment storage.
Temporary detention facility for 40 people.
Sports complex with built-in parking: shooting range, armory, boxing room, volleyball/basketball court, and gym.
Development of design and estimate documentation (DED) at the Working Project stage.
