The design site includes two zones.
Zone 1 consists of five 19-story residential blocks and six 15-story residential blocks.
Zone 2 includes six 15-story residential blocks and a six-level above-ground parking lot for 226 cars.
The complex also features children's playgrounds, sports and recreational areas, and commercial premises.
Additionally, there are 166 above-ground parking spaces.
