The rehabilitation center for disabled children with neuropsychiatric diseases consists of 6 two-storey blocks for 50 beds. On the 1st floor there are sleeping, medical, educational, administrative premises, as well as food service premises. On the 2nd floor - sleeping, medical, educational and administrative rooms. The territory of the complex is represented by landscaped yards with sports grounds and recreation areas.
