A rehabilitation center for elderly people and persons with disabilities of groups I and II. It consists of six two-story blocks with 50 beds.
The 1st floor includes sleeping quarters, medical, educational, and administrative rooms, as well as a kitchen unit.
The 2nd floor includes sleeping, medical, educational, and administrative rooms.
The complex area includes landscaped courtyards, sports grounds, and recreation zones.
