The first and basement floors house:
– an educational block and an auditorium with 167 seats;
– administrative and technical rooms;
– a dining hall with 70 seats, a kitchen, and production facilities;
– costume rooms, a recording studio, utility rooms, workshops, and a locksmith's room;
– a library with a reading room.
The second floor accommodates the folk and music departments, which include:
– classrooms for learning to play the dombra, piano, bayan, accordion, percussion instruments, kobyz, wind instruments, guitar, and violin;
– vocal training rooms;
– rooms for orchestra, ensemble, and choir practice.
Design and estimate documentation (DED) has been developed at the “Working Design” stage. A positive conclusion from the state expertise has been obtained.
